1:15 pm lunch time. Cashier line backed up to rear ir beginning of e trance.

Only one cashier on duty. Many patients in wheelchairs. Many eldery with difficulty stsnding with trays.

The one cashier is directing some of the elderly around to the other side saying ther is no waiting. The line there is just as long, confusing these people on what to do next.

The food does appear to be appetizing. At times the salad bar appears to be fresh.

That is an incorrect assumption. For the last 2 1/2 years my caregivers my family and I have found the food to be terrible. Have found flies in the salad bar. Staff did not change out the tray of the greens only removed a handful where they thought the fly might have been.

Most of the time people are in different to your questions your request customer service is nonexistent.

But they’re always smiling. The food is just bad what are you doing in here today what are you know I didn’t say you could come in here
